Post One: What I Hope to Get From This Class/What Drew Me to My Major (1-21-2020)

I hope to learn more about how creativity comes from and how it is translated into a form of media. I would also like to more history and background on how creativity in early media such as mythology and how it paved the way for the media we have today. I chose the Media Arts school and Music Production as my major because I’ve wanted to make my own music since I was in middle school. I get inspired by DJs who play huge music festivals, and I told myself that it was going to be me up on one of those stages one day right along with them. Music production as a major gives me chance to get there (not to mention the super cool people who make music too).
